Bad place to go they discriminate. They wouldn't surve me. And they laughed at me. I even saw roaches in the dining hall sead something about it. And they sead I was crazy.

This location is terrible. 3 times I've tried and 3 times they've messed up my order in ridiculous fashion. They forgot the chicken on my chicken quesadilla. I was charged for chicken but received a flat nasty tortilla with a bit of cheese in it. That's it The next time they forgot the green sauce on my chicken quesadilla. Also they can't even be bothered to cut them! Lazy and terrible employees who don't know how to do their jobs.

The epidemic is spreading. Everyone seems to forget that without customers they have no job. Multiple times I have tried to go to this location and there seems to always be an excuse not to work. Headset didn't work so they tape up a sign "lobby only headset broken." Maybe a sign of "Please pull up to the window to order" ? *side note at least the spelling was correct. Tonight it was sorry our system is down and we are waiting on a manager. Yes technology fails but there is always... YES ALWAYS options. Systems are down unable to process payments? Turn off the sign, lights, and close the store until the "manager" is able to correct the issue.

04/18/2021. This location used to be great. I’ve only gotten cold food once. However, I think they are having staffing issues because they were closed last night and they are still closed as I’m writing this at 11pm. Edit: Tried to give this location another chance. However, it’s closed at 8:22 pm on 05/15/21. They claim to be short staffed again. Gave them two stars before. Down to one star now. Get your affairs in order Del Taco!
