Everything one in the office is super helpful especially Ophilia. She is always there to help. She answers questions and if she doesn't have an answer she will find one for you. She helped us with our AC issue and went to bat for us.

Overall I’ve been here for 4 years and personally never had any issues, maintenance always on top of it and the community has always been clean, I’ve never had parking issues, yes it gets packed when everyone is home but you just have to be smart and have the first person who gets home find a spot and reserve the covered spot for the last person. There is towing for street parking so that’s nice. I’ve also never really had an issue with my vallet trash being taken for me as opposed to other complaints I have seen. Apartment never had any issues besides needing a new dryer and I got that. I’ve also never had any issues with noise complaints maybe it’s because I’m on the first floor ? Not sure . Little flaws here and there but nothing major or creating a unpleasant living situation. My main frustration is that they advertise luxury living and charge a higher rate for what I’d assume would Include the large amount of amenities on site , most of the amenities are broken and have been broken for a while, such as both steam rooms, something I really enjoyed using before they broke , I feel if we are paying a high rent we should get all included and our moneys worth. I really wish they never took away the second gym as well , now the 1 gym is always packed and very little space for a complex this size and how many people on site. Some things I’d think would be cool to have here is maybe a splash pad? Or perhaps a drinking station in the dog park? . Overall great experience, and I have loved living here for the most part.

I have lived in this complex for over 3 years when Greystar first took over the complex they were making nice changes now they are taking out amenities and raising rent. First added Valet living which is absolutely horrible pay about $40 a month for trash and end up still taking it out on my 9/10 when it’s supposed to be picked up. We use to have 2 gyms and now the big gym has been turned into a package locker. Parking is absolutely ridiculous and residents have family pool parties on Friday’s and Saturdays taking there drinks in the spa to the point the water almost looks brown what is the point of having wristband limit to your apartment if it isn’t enforced. It is annoying paying for amenities I cannot even enjoy because someone decided to make it a house party. The one positive thing I can say is Maintenance is absolutely amazing! Rate them 10/10 they go above and beyond when you have an issue.

So they have no backing in parking signs damn near everywhere and people still back in last night my child and I got home late and it was dark well this truck backed in so much we couldn’t see the hook on his car my son was running to our apartment when he ran into the hook and flipped on his back leg busted right open I had a very long night afterwards. It’s a reason while back in parking isn’t allowed especially at apartment where kids play on the sidewalk my last apartment did a great job at holding people accountable for doing it this apartment doesn’t care at all
