I had a great experience, walked in on a Tuesday about 1:pm an agent called me to her window as soon as I walked in she was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. If I knew her name I would say it.Being from out of state I brought title for car I was registering, my current out of state drivers license my passport and a recent utility bill with my name on it as proof of AZ residency, she said a second utility bill would be preferred but aloud a signed affidavit. What’s the point of making an appointment? Appointment was at 3:20, didn’t get to a window until almost 4:00. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the lady who helped me was awesome!!! New to the state and she gave me tons of information outside of just switching my drivers license.

They have a sign standing outside the door of the DMV that you text your name to then they will text you back, just fallow the instructions
