I called asking for small bong for around 30$The guys said he’s got just what I need. After I stopped at high life smoke shop just before and they tried to sell me a 10$ bong for 50$ I ended up walking in in awe by the service and ability to accommodate my needs I was looking for a cheap temporary bong for cheap and left with a beast of a bong for a killer low price it hits amazing and is thick glass! Definitely my new go to spot! Shoutout to the clerk who helped me out you’re the goat 😇

So I stopped into smoke away smoke shop while I was waiting in line for something nearby. I won't lie I'll be honest and tell you that I work at another smoke shop and I was just kind of browsing. I found this shop to be very clean very professional and very not sketchy like a lot of other smoke shops. The lady that helped me name was Holly she was very informative professional nice and such a people person. I had a great experience there. Thank you again for the great experience Holly

Best smoke shop I’ve ever bin to.. I’ve lived all my life in The Valley and this is my favorite smoke shop for sure!! Bin coming here for like 3 or 4 years now, and I’ve never ever have had a problem with any of the staff or products that I buy from here.. Everything has always worked very well and the ladies and gents who work their are very nice and friendly with me… They always answer all my questions about the vapes I buy and juices as well.. They have a huge selection of items of whatever you are looking for.. Highly recommend this place.. I ounce bought a vape and it ended up not working well, and they told me to bring back my receipt with the vape and box, and did as they said, and they found out it was faulty, and gave me another one without any issues or problems.. Again best smoke shop on the west side 👍🏼👍🏼

The girl with the dreads Hollie ( hopefully spelled right) is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We use smoke away exclusively for a reason and she's helped us flawlessly on at least 3 occasions, she's never had an "attitude". She's not interested in trying to take your money through shrewd ways or upsale you, she's interested in quality products that work and I appreciate that! Will continue to come here and look for Hollie/holly to help us on future visits.
