Dear Domino's Pizza, The only reason you got a one star is becuase I could not give a zero and write a reveiw. As I am sitting here writing this review, I am eating pizza from the competitor that delivered within 30 minutes, still waiting for someone to answer the phone at Domino's. They kept picking up and putting us on hold without saying a word. After about 72 mintues, they hung up on us. Reading many reviews this evening, made me sad to see that this Domino's Pizza went from being really good to the worst. (7.18.2022) I can't fully accept that all the problems are only with two people in the store. Last time we ordered, I went in after getting an email saying the pizza will take two hours, it would be after my niece would have gone to bed, and she wanted pizza. There were two people preping pizza, one person cutting the pizza, one waiting for people to walk in the store, and I saw three delivery drivers come in to pick up orders, while I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my order. We have been using this store since 2011, but over the past year now, we have been having problems. We have had problems ordering online, no one picks up, and excuses. First time was with no online ordering and deliveries, then we called and was one hold for 15 minutes, and used different phones to call 5 different times. We called another store, they told us that this store doesn't pick up for them either. When we walked into see what was happening, we were told the phones are broken. Two weeks later, when we could not order, we called with no answer. I went in and asked if the phones are still broken, and the employee said, "we are not answering the phones and the manager turned off the ringers." Why? What is the point, some people like asking questions and want to do this with a live person. We have had holes in the pizza, underbake pizza, burnt pizza, burnt brownie cookies, and a pizza that was underbake and burt at the same time. All at different times through out this past year. Everytime, I have had to take each order back to the store, becuase no one answers the phone. If there is a reason I can't go down, I just throw the pizza out. I just do not know what to do anymore. I wish I could have a different Domino's Pizza to deliver to us, when it is not possible to leave the house to go and pick up a pizza. I feel this store is becoming a big joke in the town and it is really ridiculous that the managers don't seem to care about their customers. Maybe it is corporate that don't seem to care about this store or their customers. Right now, I will go to other pizza stores to get my pizza. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Goodyear/Avondale Customer

This pizza took 2 hours to be sent out for delivery. About an hour and a half after my order was placed I attempted to cancel my order by calling the store. No one answered and I was left on hold for 20min before finally giving up. The estimated delivery time was only 35-45min so I don't understand what issues they were facing. However, answering the phone would have simply resolved my issue rather than sending me a cold pizza that was uncut hours later. Also, the driver called to say it had been delivered to my door before even showing up to my house, so that was a new one for me. 10/10 do not recommend this location for service. If you have to order from here only do carry out or be prepared to be disappointed like never before.

Terrible. The site tells me "The store your ordering from closes at 12am. Don't worry, as long as you order by 12am your order will be ready!". So I ordered, get there, and am told "sorry, if an order comes in after 1145 then our oven is already off so the manager cancelled it.". Domino's, you broke the promise you gave me before I ordered. This store would get 0 stars, even negative stars if possible. Order 2217 on 4/27 was a complete failure. This store clearly, and I mean CLEARLY, has employees that care about leaving for the night more than your corporate promises. Pizza shops are a dime a dozen here, I really don't need to be a Dominos customer. I'll try out the other shops around, and support a small business who actually cares about it's customers more than what time they can leave. It was 12:10 and everything was clean. I've worked in the service industry, they started cleaning way before 12 to be almost done by 12:10. The proof was when the guy opened the door and straight up told me they turn the ovens off at 11:45. I suggest a different, locally owned small business to give your money to. When their business depends on each and every customer, they tend to value them more. Domino's made me realize that they don't value each and every customer and that leaving at closing time is more important than the revenue my family brings in. Have it your way Dominos, I'm done.

Taking this back down to a 1. Horribly awful. They falsely accused my husband of being someone who was 86d from the store when he walked in to pick up our order and he never even went in there before! You better believe corporate will be getting a call if not a lawsuit for false accusations and slander!! Oh yeah and then they didn't want to give me my pizza I already paid for! Manager was David Blackmon and the little smart mouthed employee has different color hair, skinny, and a tongue ring. Also very very ghetto. I will have her name as soon as the police report can be released and I will update this status. Need to step it up on your customer service y'all. Would give zero stars if I could!
