Did not arrive during the hour booked and no messages received to inform me they were going to be late. Only after I chased did I discover the planned engineer would not attend for a further hour. Had to insist on alternative engineer being sent to get job done in the time I had available. When he arrived he did do a thorough and professional job

Terrible service called at 4:00 in the morning and never got a call but then I called them and await they will be out soon 20 minutes never showed up so I went back to my place at 6:41 bad service dont recommend KeyMe locksmiths

I needed to copy an unusual key, but gave it a try st the kiosk. The machine read the key and said it could be duplicated elsewhere and mailed to me. It seemed easier than hunting down a locksmith, so I gave it a go. A few days later my keys arrived in the mail and they worked perfectly! Thanks!!

Had 2 keys made and neither of them worked. Suggest having a human make keys
