Empty drive thru and the lady is interrupting me while I'm trying to order as if they're slammed. Cut me off every time I opened my mouth and got my order wrong on top of all that. The fries I got were inedible, they had been dipped in the fryer a second time so they didn't have to make more but fryers don't work like that so they just turned brown and floppy. Like, if you're gonna be this bad at your job just let me know so I can go somewhere else on my way to work. I don't even mind, just don't charge me for a messed up breakfast and make me upset right before my shift. Why even be open if that's what you're gonna do?

Would never go back to this restaurant again .they don't understand simple English and had to remake my sandwich 4 time before they got it right. Plus who ever does the training does a poor job because they are suppose to read back your order to make sure the got it right. If I could give them zero star I would.

Burger King has surely gone down hill. When your goal is to be a fancier McDonald's and they are beating you in quality, friendliness, cleanliness you need to reevaluate your situation. Ch'king was chewy, fries... there were not even filled. Ice machine was empty and the employee wouldn't even look at you to greet or take your order. Not one booth was clean yet lobby had less than 5 patrons. The parking lot/ drive situation needs drastic help like signs because you can easily get stuck waiting for a lost driver to get out of your way because you did dind in and they want to do drive thru. Used to be my favorite fast food but now they focus on gimmicks instead of quality, no need to come here or to any burger King anymore

Went through the drive thru and it took over 5 minutes for them to even take my order. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. They were out of Coke and Dr. Pepper. Fries were fresh but the burger was cold. The guy working the drive thru was nice.
