Friendly service, great selection, and no annoying upselling tactics - we experienced all this at El Camino Bike Shop on Saturday afternoon just before they closed. Despite showing up 5 minutes to closing, they were patient as I did a quick test ride, picked out accessories, and had them installed. We chatted about tips & tricks as this is our first e-bike. We look forward to shopping there again and having maintenance done on my new Electra Townie Go. Thank you!

I've purchased 3 bicycles here and had a great experience every time. I live in Idaho and have grandchildren in Carlsbad. The folks at El Camino took the time to make sure every bike fit properly with a test ride. And a follow up in 60 days to make sure all adjustments were good. Definitely 5 stars!

I went in for some new tires (they were reasonably priced) & after installing them myself, realized that my bikes shifters were a mess. I returned an hour before they closed & Ben was able to get them working properly. Thanks man!
