Staff was great! All friendly and really care about the pets they see, did not rush things and took their time with each of my dogs. And my dogs responded really well to them. Glad I found this place!

Not what it used to be. Different people, different vibes, and the people seem burnt out. My dog used to look forward to going, now hates it. Like they are terrified. I used to feel like my dog was put first but not anymore, now it seems to be more about the money here too.

Kensington was our Vet until we moved a few miles away. We then worked with a couple other Vets in our new area and none could measure up. When our new Vet could not figure out what was wrong with our dog, we went back to Kensington where Dr. Seitz and staff quickly made a proper diagnosis. At such a crucial time we were grateful to have such a knowledgeable, compassionate pet hospital. I repeated questions, I asked for details, I kept calling and they promptly called back – every time. Not only did the vet techs call us lots of times, but the Doctor called us many times and practically held our hand through the whole process. If we ever have any more fur babies, KVH will be our Vets from start to…

In prep for our move to San Diego, I called three veterinary hospitals in the area based on my initial choices. I vetted these vet clinics by reviewing their websites and looked at reviews from others. Kensington was my #1 choice. I called twice and left a message. Their automated message stated they were not taking any new patients. I thought at minimum I'd get a call back. No call back. Once we got settled in San Diego, I called them back to see if their onsite groomer would at least take customers for a bath/cut. Again, no call back. They must be THAT busy and full since they can't return ANY calls. Move on from this business, if they can't do something simple as a call back.....imagine the kind of services they provide. I would recommend College Animal Hospital. You'll get to speak to a human. Her name is Danielle and she will take care of you. We've established pet care there and have enjoyed their team.

It is posted in front of each parking spot in the back lot.
Currently, they close at 1230 on weekdays at lunch. Check the operating hours in this listing and you'll also have the latest info.
If you're not already an established client of this hospital's, you'll have to come in for a new client exam first before they'll neuter your cat. The exam is about $90 and the neuter cost is based on your pets age and weight. Probably looking at $300+
Just call to make a appointment
