I normally enjoy eegees but the other night I went through the drive thru to find one of the employees standing in the middle of it. She was smoking a cigarette and staring at me while I waited for my food while standing in the middle of the drive thru lane. She then proceeded to spit a wad of phlegm towards my direction. Now every time I see eegees I think of that phlegm and do not intend on returning.

We orders using your online order tonight. It was a large order I picked up (my daughter put the order in) I told them I wasn’t sure what all was ordered should be 5 subs. I was handed several bags and assured all was in there. I drove 50 miles home to find out there was one sub missing. The veggie grinder. We called explained what happened and our distance and were told to come back in they’d credit the card the sandwich 😳 it’s 8:30 pm I can’t eat my sandwich now either I’m too disappointed. I guess eeggees doesn’t care anymore

I ordered through a delivery service. Ordered 12 inch toasted roast beef and provolone with mayo. No tuna salad available on app. So ordered 6.00 shop of tuna ana side salad, ordered extra veggies to put on sub and salad paid 2 extra ranch and cheese but none, no house. no ketchup, no mayo went large for an extra 6.00. Came to 27.00. I received a soggy sub ho filled with a grip of soggy dripping vegetables.A couple table spoons of tuna. No ranch no ketchup no napkins nofork. Eegees itself good. Salad would maybe be good maybe, but no dressing or fork. I just a little too far to walk there. I called the store several times they answered once but hung up. This is not the fault of the business obviously this is a careless possibly on purpose maniac. The fruits were in a closed bag the salad in top then the upright fries container then under was most of the fries. So rude.

Never been here before, we aren't from Tucson. Such a fun place, it's different and offers great to-go food. Love the Buffalo ranch fries, ranch fries. The deluxe and pastrami grinder toasted were so yummy. The strawberry Eegee was our favorite. The Pina Colada, tangerine and lemon were good as well. We are going to have to drive at least an hour to get to the closest one but it may be worth it! Coming back for sure. This particular Eegee had great customer service and was very clean.
