It was the horrible staff. Doctor office had never been answering the phone. It doesn't matter you get an appointment or not that it's always waiting. Most of the staff like chat and talk instead of answer to the phone or helps patients 🙄 😒

Friendly staff & dentist, but terrible organization with money seeking dentist. I had my first appt. cancelled without my knowledge. Another person called asking for my insurance info twice not even remembering he had spoken to me before taking all the info. This dentist is money seeking. Prior to my the next visit she wanted to meet early to discuss payment options for dental work. The dentist wanted to make 11 repairs to my teeth that she stated needed to be done. I have seen a dentist and gum specialist every 6 months for years. At my last visit 6 months ago neither found issues that needed to be addressed at this time. They did not even suggest immediate or upcoming issues except to maintain cleanings every 6 months. I cancelled with this dentist and am switching to someone who is more reputable.

Dr. Tram Le is by far the best primary care doctor I've had. I have been under her care since 2008. She is very caring, friendly, and takes my health seriously.

I have yet to see this doctor and they have been my primary for about 2 months, i cannot get a hold of anyone in this office in order to make an appointment because every time i call i get a busy tone, i have called 6 times and each time i get a busy dial tone. I will not see this doctor, it seems to me that this office is careless of what they do. If they cared they would have call waiting. i am having very serious issues with my health and i am not able to see my primary because i cannot get through to them. If this is how they are "on the phone" then i can only imagine how careless they will be with my health and my medical records.

Try again, they are better at answering the phone than they used to be. Don't call during lunch.

Starting at 9 am and it varies from time to time depending on the amount of people. I would suggest calling them to get a better handle on things.
