We had a great experience applying for a passport at this location. We were a bit worried after reading the reviews here. We did have a morning appointment and that itself was very difficult, but once we were at the post office they were very friendly - checked us off their list, and ensured that we start our appointment close to the reservation time. The entire process was very efficient (it did take about 12 minutes where the lady explained all our options and ensured that we filled out everything properly.) The passport processing is in a separate room with a large waiting area providing some ventilation. All employees and most customers were wearing masks, which was a concern for us.

Waited hours to see someone for passport. Paid extra to get passport expedited since I'm supposed to go on a trip soon. The agent forgot to have me sign some for s so I got a letter I had to go back and resend sign for s delaying while application. My trip is in 5 days and still haven't gotten passport when it should've been here 3 weeks ago.

The poorest customer service possible with 6+ hours of wait time. Had to go there to get passports replaced, and nearly walked away due to lack of staffing, knowledge of the staff and equipment malfunction. Yolanda - the manager of the branch does not know how to use the camera for passport photo. She does not even know how to process the passport application. it took 1 hour 13 mins to get one customer photo, another 23 minutes for completing the job. And may be workers should be trained how to walk faster. :) Either the passport function should be given to private agency, or the fee for each passport process should be paid. The situation reminded me sloths from Zootopia. Looks like post office employees are even worse. Good luck to everyone who is visiting the office to get the passports. And please, for people who is getting their passports, please bring your own photo for gods sake!

Staff dont really know how to do their job!! Very annoying I had a p.o box and had issues with them since they would mis place my stuff and they never delivered my license plates or returned them to the sender !! So mad!

Go in person to Evans or closest post office to your current residence.... Fill out a change of address form also if you have the contact information of your contacts due bills subscriptions correspondents and inform them about your move as well

Same hours make sure you have all necessary documents & for your photo for your first time passport make sure it meets measurement specifications which are listed on the official usps.gov website for passport requirements you pay a fee there. Onsite note you will have to leave your Birth certificate with the clerk they will then mail it back to you after approximately 90 days tentatively

I don't think it is possible to call any post office directly, you have to go in.
It could either be held up at customs or the package is not being scanned, which is required for updates. Hopefully the package arrives at the intended destination soon!

You do not need an appointment but if you make an appointment you won't have to wait as long. Most importantly be sure to read up on all the required documents that are necessary.
