I am just going to say that the picture of the prime rib sandwich on the menu did not look like anything anything at all what I received at the table.

Used call ahead on Valentines day. Had a 1 hour wait at home. Then went to TR. Checked in. 5 minutes later we were seated. Warmly greeted. Our drink and appetizer order taken. Drinks came promptly. Appetizer a few minutes after that. We ordered 12 and 16 Oz prime ribs, 8 Oz sirloin and 8 Oz salmon. All came together about 20 minutes or less after ordering, all cooked to our liking. Drinks refreshed, good conversation over dinner, used plates picked up more Drinks offered, dessert refused. Very good meal, service and atmosphere. Check was reasonable and tip reflected an enjoyable meal and great service. Never had a bad experience at this TR (Gilbert rd and 202).

ordered take out and was definitely in for a surprise. there was barely any sauce on the ribs and chicken. it was also burnt. ordered three chicken salads and this was all the chicken we got for three salads that’s crazy how little the amount was. it wasn’t barely one tender for each huge salad. very disappointed considering we go here all the time

First of all, this was on a Friday night (Black Friday). I ordered the 23-oz Porterhouse T-Bone, medium rare, with Mac & cheese and buttered corn. The Porterhouse was bland & dry, chewy and not all that tender, and this was the filet side! It seems it was salted then put on the grill too soon. If you salt a steak, the salt will pull moisture out of the steak. Then if you wait an hour, up to 4 hours, the steak will absorb all that moisture back into the steak along with the salt flavor, it will also make the piece more tender! This Porterhouse seemed to have been put on the grill too soon, after being salted and before the moisture was re-absorbed. The mac & cheese was also bland, and seemed like boxed mac & cheese, with a little extra cheese and baked. Don't expect to get creamy mac & cheese. The corn had good flavor, but would have preferred not to have the pepper it came with. Other diner's opinions about their meals (there were 7 of us): One ordered steak tips and said they were so salty it almost gave her a blister on her tongue. Both the above meals were removed from the ticket by management. Another diner in our group ordered a 10-oz prime rib. She said it was tough. Mashed potatoes with beef gravy and green beans were good. Yet another ordered the 1/2 rack ribs, which he liked. The service, however, was wonderful! The waitress was very attentive, made sure drinks were filled all night and kept asking if we needed anything! Easily the best part of the experience!
