The test strawberry shortcake cookie needs more strawberries and cool whip. My Twix cookie doesn’t have Twix bits on top like the picture on your website. It has Twix dust. The staff members turned the order screen as I was ordering. She spoke but so low with a mask on you couldn’t understand her. She seemed annoyed when I said I was figuring out if I wanted to use my points or my credit card. This was after she turned the screen away from me.

Very delicious cookies. The chocolate chip will forever be the Best Buy some of the weekly ones are legit. Very sharable

First time at Crumbl, wasn't planning on stopping but I had to try it out to see what the hype is about. Spent $32 on 7 cookies (cookies are big enough for 2 people). They were ok...would not return to purchase more, but would not turn one down if offered for free. Brownie with Peanut butter or vanilla were the best. Cookies were very doughy, almost half baked. I like a softer cookie so that was not the issue...lacking flavor for the most part. Mini cookies are only for catering orders. Staff wasn't informed on ingredients at all (inquired for allergy purposes).

Fun place but not that amazing. I heard good things about these cookies. I tried 6 cookies, and while they had an adequate taste I never said 'Wow this is great!'.. I felt like most could be made at home. The building is cute but freezing inside-bring a jacket while you wait forever. The price was way over priced for the products recieved. Almost $4 for one cookie?! I will not be back anytime soon.
