Great helpers. Always know what they are talking about. I got upsold on a mic, if they make commission that makes me mad. If not, he just wanted me to have a great mic. Do what you do fool.

Long story short..beware the vertically challenged horizontally gifted female. She openly yelled at a coworker as they assisted me. While simultaneously not helping the line of customers waiting, before waddling off to what I can assume is a dark corner to wallow in the tears of tortured puppies. EVERYONE else I have interacted with at this store was fantastic, went above and beyond, was super helpful and very informative. She alone took this from a 5 star to a two. Everyone can have a bad day, but this individual is repugnant.

Yes, they also have guitar techs to give it the best sound and playability.
They as well have jand sanitizer by soda machine for public, employees all appear to wear masks while on shift

I know they sell Blue microphones. Not sure about a particular cable. They have tons of mic cables tho.
