Knowing great quality and taste of burgerfi burgers in other locations I was surprised by getting home with 4 dry burgers. The cashier was wearing a mask and didn't bother to speak loud enough to understand what she was saying. But I can tolerate such attitude towards clients, but burgers....I regret spending my money there. I'd rather go to the Hallandale location next time.

We ordered some burgers and fries and was very disappointed by the quality. Fries were burnt. Some were not cooked at all. Burgers were very dry and overcooked. We had such a great experience with burgerfi in past but not sure why the quality degraded so much

Analytic Design

Terrible service. It took a long time and sandwiches came cold. They close at 11 pm , but at 10pm they were cleaning the store to close. Not professional team. One of the workers were cleaning the floor and went to the kitchen to do the food. Nobody in the kitchen wearing proper clothes. I’ll never come back!

In Google Maps it says that it closes at 11:00 p.m., and I am here taking the order and the cashier told me that she was preparing it to take away because it was closing… and the current time is 10:09 p.m.…
