Went to walk around the mall and stopped by JCPenney because we no longer have one back home. Whole this place had more stock than other locations, they apparently have fewer and less ambitious ones. They had two registers open in the entire store and at one point both ladies at one register seemed complete lost and incapable of completing a simple transaction. The jewelry and perfume counter attendants are even less helpful. If it isn't from their counter, they refuse to ring up your purchase.

Clothing awesome! But they need to clean up bathrooms more often enough it stinks & hot just dirty. No doors can't be fixed. It's just dirty. AND JC penny pembroke oh lord ! Hot dirty no hook to put Clothing up.
