Renee Ricca has been teaching me Pilates for close to seven years. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be the recipient of her superb training techniques. Having done Pilates before I can say without any doubt that Renee is far superior to training I experienced in the past. Since I came to Renee my body improved in ways that are hard for me to believe in spite of hip and shoulder injuries. Every class is different and offers a new learning experience. I hope to continue my Renee Ricca Pilates training for a long time

Renee Ricca's Pilates is excellent. I have lost weight. I have gained strength and flexibility. My back and hip pain has improved dramatically. The teachers are excellent. They focus on technique while still getting you a great work out. Being part of this studio has been a complete pleasure for me. I'm excited to go to class because I know there will be teachers there that care about me having success in my fitness goals and focus their efforts to me get there. I almost don't want to share this post because I want to keep this amazing place a secret and all to myself. None the less, I wish Renee and her amazing staff much success and the opportunities to share their talents with others who would enjoy this awesome studio. It has been the perfect adjunct to my healthier lifestyle after 40 revamp. I highly recommend it. Thank you Renee, Cristina A., Stephanie K., and Silenia R. for taking such great care of me.

Renee Ricca and her crew are exceptional. The best!!! The energy they bring to their clients is highly motivating, incredibly efficient and super effective. Love the staff. I love this place. Try it! We thought about moving to a different area but decided against it largely because of RR. You won’t find a better Pilates studio. In 3 months I am able to do things I simply could not before. I winter in Florida and have been going to R R for 4 years Renee and crew are also exceptional at dealing with complex physical issues and design their programming to meet those needs. Just Love them
