The lady who works the customer service desk is beyond rude. She was walking away as I walked up. She said she was going on break and I would need to wait or come back in 20 minutes. I asked if she could just call a manager. She said, "I'm going on break" and walked away. I get you're going on break but a call for a manager on your radio would have taken literally 5 seconds, less time than it would have taken for me to continually ask you if there was someone else I could talk to.

Kyle is just a delight. He's always got a cheery welcoming smile and warm friendly hugs. Self checkout is the way and Kyle is the man. There's also a nice lady - I don't know her name- but she's there in the morning at self checkout - easy going, pleasant and professional. a real star!

The produce quality is the worse. What a waste of money!! Especially with this inflation!! Apparently, they think we make money magically appear. Don't buy produce here, even Wincos sells better quality than Fry's. All the pears were bad, seriously, ALL OF THEM!! I bought 2 watermelons; I was able to save half of each. What a disgrace! Fry's should be ashamed to sell this garbage!!

The store was stocked, employees friendly, prices better than some other big national chains, and they carried the exact items I was looking for today, so bonus! Parking lot is large, plenty of spaces and cart returns. They have hand sanitizer available. Masks, for the moment, are optional. A very good store over all.
