I don't need service with a smile, but rude service every time I try here is unreasonable. Staff ignores customers, messes up orders, when you let them know, they stare at you responseless as if they think youll leave without all of your items/wrong items. Sloppy delivery, toss what they make to you and continue talking to eachother, no offer of lids or napkins even when Icecream is dripping when they pass to you. NEVER AGAIN here.

They do Not know how to mix blizzard’s. Once a week we try to get a blizzard from this location as it’s closest to the house. But every week it’s the same thing, they are not mixed right at all. It’s mainly vanilla ice cream, if we wanted that we would order that. Get it together and I’ll change my start rating.

Paid almost $14 for 2 peanut butter cup blizzards. They were completely smooth ice cream. Zero chunks at all. I called the store and was advised that’s just how it is sometimes. I’ve never experienced this before nor is what you’re advertising

Wow... I'm a doordash driver, your staff didn't even acknowledge my existence, I had to flag one of them down because they almost gave my order to the doordasher that went through the drive thru....if your policy is for them to come inside, tell her to park and come inside. Hello. Anyways while I waited I looked at the cake case.... dang. You need a new decorator or tell them to put in an effort, that's the first thing your customers see. And it's not good.
