I asked to see if they have a certain game and the game has 2 different versions. It's a 2 hour bus ride out there and they wouldn't even check it to see if it's the right version. Lost my business completely. Just poor customer service. It would not be hard to check the game in person at all. I have changed my review due to the manager Daniel being willing to help, the young associate that answered the call originally, could have explained it better and stated currently we are busy and we cannot check, or something to the effect.

Great place for arcades and old gaming systems. Daniel and staff are very helpful and Infirmed. Been there multiple times and will be by ack again. We have been there a couple of times and have bought something each time. I know they also fix gaming systems. Wide variety of items. I highly recommend stopping by to see all the items they have.

Daniel and the staff we're great and fun to deal with. They have just about anything a gamer wants and I was very surprised by all the old school games and systems they have! They even have arcade game units,in fact we went to just look and they made us an offer for two arcade games we could not refuse. Within an hour they were bringing in our new game room additions. All I can say is if you are into gaming and old school games like Atari and NES, this is place to be. The staff was very helpful and gave great service. In my opinion it's rare to get such awesome customer service nowadays, but the staff went above and beyond the typical service that is given anymore, not just to us but we couldn't help but notice how they helped and answered the question of other customers without ignoring anyone and was all done in a timely fashion. In ending I just got to say, this place ROCKS!

Nice to know that this company tries to hide aggrigiously bad reviews, rather than actually trying to solve the issue. Left a review on another Google account of mine, and come to find that it's been hidden from anyone else seeing it except for myself.... go figure. Perhaps you guys should be cleaning your systems, and you wouldn't receive bad reviews. However, I will leave this review and the screenshot of my initial review they tried to hide. I will also leave pictures of the system I bought that had to be completely taken apart and thoroughly cleaned, because it was thermal throttling to the point it wouldn't hardly run. Guess we'll see if this post gets hidden as well as my last one. Hopefully I get a response from a manager.
