This store is huge. Has a large variety of toys and clothing. The manager is very friendly and you can tell the employees take pride because their manager is hands on respects them as people. They also have a vast knowledge on different toys and products- and has a creative way of bundling things to sell to the public.

Super awesome staff the 3 ladies helping me were friendly and helpful. Helped with my Christmas shopping. Very whimsical and polite l. Would highly recommend. Also don't need to be shy like some people are they are there to help. Can't wait to go back

The shop in Juan Tabo has many options and the merchandise is top quality but...sadly the customer service is astronomically below sub-par. I would suggest some coaching for the staff on how to interact with customers on a human level. Basic courtesy and an attempt to add on to the purchase, is appreciated.

I bought a pair of stockings for $17.00 that immediately ran as soon as I got home and put them on. The fabric was just as cheap as if I had purchased them through an average store! Also, I bought a toy that stopped working within the week! This store looks Seductive, but the products suck! I would rather shop quality. There are also NO refunds or exchanges. It's like buying a grab bag full of the unknown. DON'T buy here.
