I grew up on 207st in the 80’s and had many great memories at Andover park but when working in South Miami I always drive by but my heart aches cause it isn’t a nice as it was just like all of South Florida due to overpopulation but am thankful I experienced when it was .

Horrible, basket ball hoop was chained up and there were holes all over the court. Not gud. My son almost got hurt.

I dont know but andover park has an association..you could contact them. Probably, it encouraged vagrancy..
