The Miami HEAT Store at Dolphin Mall

My love for The Miami Heat is something that I can't definitely hide. I am proudly a Miami Heat fan. I visited this store several times in the past, at least once every season. The store is always very clean and organized. The staff is very professional and works efficiently. Although this is a very busy place due to the affluence of travellers they do a great job keeping the line moving and short waiting time. They are also very patient and provide assistance with size, models, and offers. This year I had the opportunity to get a mash up as introducing for the first time and also personalize it with my name. It took only 2 days and the quality was almost perfect. I saw a little detail on it, but they immediately made all possible as needed to be perfect. I really appreciated it and of course, I loved it. I can't wait for the next season to get my new jersey. Let's go Heat!

I bought a TEAM HARDAWAY MITCHELL AND NESS MIAMI HEAT SWINGMAN JERSEY, and you gave me a really bad jersey! stretchy neck collar and there is a very clear crease on the back number. I am disappointed!!!

The store staff was friendly. The clerk had to go to storage to get me what I wanted, he was courteous. A good experience highly recommended.
