These people let me son get beaten and abused. They don’t care about children’s welfare clearly.

I turned in my completed application for Medicaid IN PERSON on approximately 20 days ago. I left the paperwork at the desk of a receptionist (?). I asked the lady working at the desk (for id purposes she was somewhat heavy set and older than I. I requested a receipt for the paperwork that I was leaving there and the lady told me that "they don't do that." The paperwork was lost. It was never showing as rec'd in their computer system. Your tax dollars at work.
