Such a cool shop, they had the exact bike tire my son needed. It was a very hard tube to get but they had it in stock. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and gave my son a couple extra stickers. Customer service goes along ways with me and these fellas are top notch!!!

Don’t get your board or skis tuned or waxed here. Last week I dropped off two snowboards to have the waxed and tuned. Everything seemed fine but when I was getting ready to go on my trip to Colorado, I needed to take my bindings off to pack my snowboard. Needless to say, the screws have be drilled in so tight it stripped my screw driver and my drill. I’ve been riding for 10+ years and have gotten many tune ups various places and as my first experience getting a tune here had me wasting time, and damaging my tools. Staff is friendly most of the time so I’ll leave two stars.

One of my favorite stores in the world. Whenever friends ask the question, "If you could spend an unlimited amount of money in one store, what would it be?" I always think of Pathfinder. Their selection of great gear is second only to their customer service. The staff is fantastic at meeting your needs and respecting your budget. I initially entered wanting to tune up and wax my board, but it had seen better days since I bought it from them almost a decade ago. Chris did a great job at helping me pick the right replacement snowboard for me after explaining the various options and benefits of each board. He even was kind enough to swap out my bindings onto my new board. I like my board so much that I didn't want to put any stickers on it, but after seeing their signature Pathfinder sticker, I had to add it to my board. I'll forever be a Pathfinder customer. P.S. Pathfinder was very cleanly, offered hand sanitizer at the door, and had all employees and patrons masked.
