Walked into your dealership almost a month ago. I wanted to buy new 4 runner, a salesman( the older guy) I didn’t get his name came and we asked him if he had any 4 runners available, which he said no, which is understood these days. Then we asked him if he had any pre owned or any 4 runner to look at because we have never seen a 4 runner from inside other then in videos. He laughed at us saying WHATTT YOU GUYS HAVE NEVER SEEN A 4 runner BEFORE. Which honestly made us uncomfortable. Then he escorted us back to his desk, and started to search for vehicle inventory or something. He gave us no time or nothing when we could get the vehicle,seriously showing he wasn’t interested in selling us the car. He noted down my no. Saying that if he finds the vehicle anywhere he will give me a call with a update within a week. It’s been over a month didn’t get any call from Toyota Morgantown. So I gave my business to jeep Morgantown and bought a 2022 jeep rubicon. I hope the team at Toyota Morgantown sees this.

I've never been to a car dealership where they actively do not want to sell cars. They didn't have the car I wanted, which I know is currently almost impossible to find. No attempt was made to help me find a car after that. Went to Dan Cava the next day and bought a car on the spot. It's about a 20 minute drive further, but well worth the extra help and information.

Quick service, knowledgeable service writer, reasonable pricing, nice waiting room, quality service. I typically used to do all my oil changes myself because i always thought it was cheaper, but i decided to go the dealership for once and was pleased to see it was only $60 for an oil/filter change and free multi-point inspection on my 4runner. Everything was done in about an hour too. Typically costs about the same and takes me longer to do it myself. My service writer, Ron, was very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I know that buying a vehicle can sometimes be painful, but I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma at University Toyota, and I could not have been happier with the experience. I worked with Grant Hardesty, and he explained everything carefully, including possible add-ons. I did add mud guards, but there was no pressure to buy things I didn't want. If you are interested in a new or used Toyota, I highly recommend Grant and University Toyota!
