I’ve had many positive experiences at this location over 10+ years renting vehicles for work a few times a year. Recently however I had a reservation and there were no cars to be had. I was told I would get a call when one was ready but no call ever came. Overall, a poor customer experience. It was like a Seinfeld episode…”anyone can TAKE reservations, it’s the HOLDING that counts.”

This team goes above and beyond to get you what you need, and you know that the car you drive away with will be reliable. I’ve used them for conferences and longer trips, and I have always been pleased by the condition of the vehicle. It has never let me down! If you’re trying to find the best time to reserve, I recommend booking a little earlier than your pickup time because I’ve experienced that in summer, people don’t always return the cars when they say they will. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been trying to return their call to get a car for 2 days now. All it does is keep you on hold trying to reach a representative for at least 15 minutes then kicks you off and you have to start over and do it again. No one ever answers.
