9 Jul 2022, 12:45. Couldn’t order online for pickup so I went to the restaurant. They said they don’t have drivers for delivery. Not sure why I couldn’t order to pick up??? Ordered 3 sandwiches (1 large, 1 regular, 1 little John) and 5 chips. You were out of stock of BBQ chips. When I asked to have the lady making the sandwich cut the large into 4 pieces (it needed to be unwrapped). She literally threw a fit, unwrapped my sandwich, flipped it out of the paper spilling the bacon off the sandwich, threw the paper on the ground, and then cut and wrapped the sandwiches and literally threw it on the table in front of the guy on the end, who politely (polite the whole time) asked if would like a bag. 8 years in food service, previously managing a sandwich shop in another city. Never would I ever allow my employees to treat customers like that. Absolutely unacceptable. And now I find my large sandwich that I had ordered (and paid $2.18 for) with avocado doesn’t have avocado, and that I was charged $1.09 for cheese on the little John tuna when I never asked for it. SMH

I was informed my door dash couldn’t be complete. The driver walked off the job. No problem I’ll go and pick it up. Staff was polite and friendly to me walking in after the lobby was already closed. Group infront of me was upset and got a little rowdy towards staff member and manager while I was picking up (because lobby was closed). Manager explained everything in detail in a very professional manner, and they left the store peaceful thankfully. I didn’t want to have to turn up the jets with them. Always a delicious sandwich that fresh, fast, and tasty. Restaurant is clean and inviting with a friendly and family like vibe. Kudos to all that work there.

Wow so sad to see this place go downhill the past few months. Had to change my review from a 5 star. Used to love the food and service, now it has started consistently falling short. Staff would rather stand around talking than help customers. Nothing is fast anymore, not worth the extra time for now sub par sandwiches

Very awesome place, always. There were only 2 workers when I arrived at 11am, the person taking orders was on the phone, taking an order. Instead of waiting, the guy making the sandwiches, asked for my order to start making it, suggested me to fill up my drink and come back to pay. By time I was done with my drink, the guy taking the orders had tallied up my total and my sandwich was waiting on the counter. As I'm eating, I watch an older woman walking to the door with a cane, to come in. One of the employees quickly ran to the door to open it for her. After the order, he then made sure to get the door for her on her way out! Good job guys! Can't get better than that.
