I love my new 2020 WRX! A special shout out to TJ Ames for making the buying experience soooooo easy. He was honest, friendly, and has great attitude. TJ even checks in every now and again to let me know that I can contact him for any Subaru questions that I might have . I was also fortunate to be the first customer at their brand new location on Goodpasture Island Rd and look forward to coming back for my WRX's first oil change and any other services I may need. Update: 9/27/21 It has been about 6 months later and I am still receiving stellar customer service from TJ Ames with any and all questions I have had. In addition, He was very helpful getting me connected with Tyler in parts for my winter wheels and tires. Tyler was awesome. In addition, Zack in the service department was also awesome, very friendly, and very professional.

I only recently purchased my first Subaru, but usually it means the computer has some notification about vehicle performance. Could be anything (Ford experience) from needing an oil change, check transmission, or low tire pressure. I'd suggest scheduling a diagnostic appt
It depends. They generally won't have a price higher than MSRP unless it's a very special vehicle or one in very high demand with very little supply, which is rare. MSRP is the starting price unless they have it on sale. To get a lower price, you'll have to negotiate, but they're pretty good about it.
We will have 2020 Outback’s delivered between now and the 24th. These are ETA’s so they are subject to change. 2021 Outbacks are due to arrive in October.
