Worked with Alice via text messages. Pretty straightforward working her. Vehicle was not as cleaned or detailed as I would like. Had quite a bit of dog hair, spent a few hours detailing the inside of the vehicle. Buying new the last 2 vehicles is a much easier process In my opinion. Haven’t bought used in quite a while. All in all, not a deal breaker as I have the equipment to complete the detailing myself. They push pretty hard for the extended warranty as most dealers do when working with a dealer in person.The facility is very clean and accommodation! Overall, Alice did a fantastic job answering any questions I may have had at the time. Great purchase as I love the vehicle, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in! I would do business again.
