I have been staying in this motel strictly because of the location. The rooms are old and small. Most smell like smoke but are clean. There are many others staying there long term. For the price it is pretty good. It is located close to the Old Mill district.

The room was incredibly clean, front desk people were very nice. We lost our key and they were very accommodating,could've charged us a lot more than they did. Definitely some sketchy people in the parking lot, however motel workers were constantly patrolling the lot to make sure nothing weird happened. Overall would recommend for the price and clean rooms/hot showers.

I had to stay across from the Chalet at the Sonoma motel for 1 night until I could get into the Chalet. I would like to say the Sonoma motel was not very nice on top of that the check out time was 11am but tried to get me out at 10:25. The Chalet was alot cleaner and way more professional

For starters customer service was not great I wanted to leave before I even got checked in. The last few squares of toilet paper from the last person was all I got so make sure you have some of your own just incase if you stay here. There was a bloodstain on the bathroom door jam. I haven’t stayed at a lot of hotel/motels so I thought the door would lock itself like they usually do but when one of the other people staying got here at 1:00am blasting their music they walked right into my room so make sure you lock your deadbolt and sleep with one eye open if you stay here!!!
