I recieved two orders from this questionable establishment tonight both times the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. The first time I called asking how to correct my order, 16" ultimate pepperoni add jalapeños, arrived as a Tuscan cheese, add jalapeños. The 2nd time it arrived as the same pizza and the manager told me she made the pizza herself and it has pepperoni on the pizza. I understand being short staffed, hard to find staffing etc, we are experiencing that, but where has customer service gone? Why can no one be nice and polite?

Absolutely worst papa johns anywhere. Completely messed up order, and when I came to pick it up the lady insisted they didn’t have it and sent me to another location to find out that they did indeed have my order. She apologized and it was water under the bridge. Came back later and sent my girlfriend in to get plastic silverware. Any utensil would have worked. But a man with no teeth insisted he couldn’t give us a utensil. Offered to pay for the one utensil. Wouldn’t sell us one.

Hello I placed an order through HQ I arrived and I'm met by Nicole who immediately expressed her concern for my order, pick up or delivery, she also expressed she's the only one working and please be patient I immediately thought her customer service was very professional she informed me that my order didn't go through after I sat an hour or so! I'm continously watching the phone ring and the customers come and go Nicole was working by herself with a professional attitude the three hour's I sat and waited for my food!!! Her professionalism endured through all the calls and customers wanting to know where their food is her demeanor was OUTSTANDING thanks Nicole for your dedication to work great under pressure
