Huge disappointment. The thin pizza crust was dripping with grease and butter. We literally threw $50 worth of pizza in the trash and ordered from a different place. The only reason you got a second star is because the toppings tasted good. Best in Ohio? Check your head. You are delusional.

Terrible experience. Delivery said 50 minutes. After placing my order and paying online it said an hour and a half. My delivery didn't show up for 2 hours. When I tried calling to cancel the order the phone went to voicemail.

Ive always loved Donatos in the past. I've now ordered from the Wayne location a few times now and it's always been super disappointing. The first time, the pizza was officially an hour late than the time they estimated. I called and they said their driver was in an accident. I felt super bad, but it was interesting since I'm 3 blocks away. They said they'd make a new one and it took another hour to finally arrive and the order was wrong and the pizza was cold. Im now waiting again 40 mins after the estimated time and they stated its just now coming out of the oven. I love Donatos pizza but it's just not worth waiting 3+ hours for.
