UPDATE: I'm confused by this dealership. When I left a less than stellar review after a disappointing experience when I bought my car I was called, emailed and texted until I updated the review. Now I need to speak with a service advisor and they can't seem to return a phone call. One would think that a company who seems to want positive reviews that they would provide some level of customer service.

I showed up on a Saturday morning, no appointment and when I pulled in and parked I was approached by a young man named Ozee. I am always weary of car dealerships and salesman. I was very business minded, shut off, and the only thing I cared about was the value of my trade in. I didn’t want to talk cars, what all was available. I had a number in my head for my trade in and I knew if they weren’t gonna do me right there then I wasn’t looking at anything. He was cool with that and he proceeded to get my vehicle appraised and I wondered the lot. He came and got me when they were ready and to my surprise they were extremely close to the number I had in my head, and they had valid reasons why they were slightly off. Turned out the truck I wanted to see wasn’t there. So Ozee and I went back out to the lot and we talked cars , trucks, etc and he took me out to the older GMC truck. It was in pretty good shape for a 7 year old vehicle and I agreed to drive it. We took it for a drive and I liked everything about the truck except the ac wasn’t working. I figured maybe low Freon. I was promised it would be fixed before delivery. So I completed the transaction and they sent me home in the truck I just traded. Which was shocking and nice. Couldn’t believe it honestly. Well it ended up taking over a week and it wasn’t just Freon it ended up being a significant repair multiple parts replaced. I finally get the call and go to pick it up. Ac works great, I can see the new parts that’s were replaced, they did paint touch up, and even fixed a tear in the leather seat and changed the oil and filled up the gas tank! I was blown away the vehicle was truly delivered in better condition than I ever imagined. Ozee and Autonation Ford definitely got my vote for being an outstanding place of business.

Went to AutoNation Ford looking to test drive a Ranger and left having bought an awesome Ranger XLT. Tom Anderson earned my business by securing the truck I wanted (in transit with supply being currently low), and gave me a great deal. Ajay in the finance dept was flexible with terms and options I wanted. Both Tom and Ajay were courteous, respectful, professional with no high pressure vibes. They left the process in my hands to make the decisions. I did not know what to expect as this was my first Ford purchase, but Tom and Ajay clearly made it a positive experience for me. Very pleased with my purchase!

Giving another fabulous review because we we back & got another car from Ivan! This was last month, I just forgot to post this review! We went in about 7pm on a week night & were done about 9pm, was easy just like in December for my Ford Edge! This particular car was at another AutoNation location but we loved working with Ivan last time so much we wanted to give him our business again & while we were getting things taken care of with finance he we to the other location & picked up the car & brought it back for us so we could leave with it that night! Since it was after they close when he got back, he told us to bring it back when we had time for a detail clean & a tank fill up so we did that about a week after! Seriously such a great guy & while we were looking for a car for my husband over about 3 weeks he helped us so much from answering texts on available cars, questions we had, telling us to get well when we were sick, Ivan was just fabulous from the first time we met until now! We worked with Brandon from finance this time & he was great! Gave us a great deal on our warranty & gap, all that jazz. Was a huge jokester lol I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, but ask for Ivan to be taken care of above & beyond! Thanks Ivan!

They take trade ins, as most dealerships do. The only qualifications they probably have is if the car is worth reselling. Expect most dealerships to give you the least amount they can for trade-ins, but I will say that if you took care of your trade-in, this dealership is pretty fair.
