Ive been with this office for over 7 yrs as a client, they even helped through an accident. The last 6 months have been hell trying to add my daughter and another vehicle. They have not been able to give me and exact quote for 6 months. Its been a guessing game. Pay this much this month. Oh you have a credit would you like to continue coverage sure. Then the call today your canceled and owe 400 for forced insurance on vehicles i own outright Goodbye state farm never again. Horrible service. Get your act together. Oh and I'm 41 with zero driving infractions and this is the service you get. Thanks for nothing.

I noticed three negative experiences and had to comment. I can't even imagining having a negative experience with Sherry or her staff. They are top notch. Sherry and her staff have served my family for as long as I remember. I have auto, home and life insurance thru her and I have felt she has had me and my families best interest at heart thru every additional purchase over the years. She has taken the time to review other insurance policies I have (life) and then recommended what type of additional coverage I should get when I was looking to add more to our portfolio. She has given me numerous home insurance quotes without complaint as I have searched probably 100's of homes before settling. She is honest and tells us the pros and cons to whatever we're looking for and let's it be our decision. I have never felt pushed into anything I didn't want and she has been patient with me as I took time to decide what I really wanted to buy for my family. Insurance is not a fun way to spend your money, but it's a smart purchase and Sherry and her staff is willing to help however they can. I recommend them to anyone looking at getting themselves or their assets insured.
