Very secluded, yet convenient to all amenities. Manager, Ms. Lynne Thomas, is a very gracious lady, addressing all concerns In a friendly manner. Maintenance, always greets us with A smile, and is "on the spot". My favorite attribute is the pristeen Groundskeeping, year round! My years here, have been wonderful! And I hope for many more!

Potters creek is amazing! After reading some of the reviews by others I was hesitant but those people must be crazy. Rent has never risen while I was here. The new maintenance man hired always has a fast response time, can fix anything and is extremely helpful. Security deposits and other charges were only added if severe damage was done to the apartment. Lynn is such a nice person and is always helpful. Great place to live. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Potter's creek is well maintained, but the landlord is nearly unbearable. Several times, maintenance entered my apartment without speaking with me, once while I was in the shower. I was charged when I moved out for carpet being torn out that was offered to be replaced before I had even signed my lease, and charge an early removal fee of $200, which was confusing since the carpet was being torn out regardless. I also received a letter threatening to charge me to have the hallways scrubbed when the hallway carpets were dirty, which no other residents of the building received. Once I gave my 30 day notice that I would be moving out, the landlord called me the next day saying she would be showing my apartment to other potential residents while I was at work, which I also found confusing because I was aware of multiple empty apartments in the complex at that time that could have been shown. My deposit was nickel and dimed until I got 1/3 of my $1300 back, and I received the check in the mail the last day of the 30 day refund policy. Although the apartments are nice, I would not recommend to a friend.
