The pizza is good, but what I wanted to post is about their service. Our delivery driver, Brandon T., not only made sure to follow through with the direction made with the order, but went a little further to make sure it was special for my kiddo. If you see this Brandon, we all want to say thank you! She loved it!🙂

Been eating at Papa John's for many years and in many different states but the one in Alliance Ohio is the best one of them all I am almost 70 years old so I paid out of my lot of them and the food is always good the staff is always very kind and makes you feel welcome and appreciate your business I can't say enough good things about Papa John's and Alliance Ohio I have recommended them too many and would not be satisfied anywhere else it's always very clean the employees are always busy at work and I have never seen them neglecting their duties Papa John's in Alliance Ohio is most definitely an asset to the name and quality of your food

My pizza was horribly undercooked and so was the chicken poppers. When I have to rebook it at home, I WON'T be back. It's horrible. I even asked for it to be extra done.

Just advising do not use the plan ahead. I ordered mine for 5:45 and at 5:19 they texted me saying my pizza was going in the oven. When I called the store they could careless. There are to many pizza shops, just saying!
