Thank you Rita(regional manager, I hope I've remembered your name) for all your help and kindness!! Visited here on vacation(yes I vacation to Ohio) and picked up a CBD cart and battery. I charged it a few hours but couldn't get it to work although the battery was fully charged. I knew they didn't do returns but went to see if there was anything else they could do. Rita is who helped both days and was so kind. She tried multiple batteries and even another CBD cart. I was able to go back to my home(on vacation) and charge it to try again. It still wasn't working but we decided to cut our losses as we wouldn't make it back before 9pm Saturday. Just got back home(actual home far away from Ohio) for my husband to find a way it works. This battery pack must not connect fully with the Carts but if you hold down the power button it heats it and let's you use it. So yay, I now have a working pen!

Went in here for the first time tonight. Not knowing what to expect or really what I was looking for. Feeling very uncomfortable. The women behind the counter was so understanding and completely put me at easy. She knew so much about what I needed and what I was looking for. She did not try and up sell me. She never made me feel silly or embarrassed. I will definitely be back. The customer service was amazing !!
