I love Sardi's every time I come to MD I grab an El Greco salad with chicken. Not grilled the actual roasted chicken with the spicy balsamic dressing. Just beware Fridays are really busy after school/work hours. So the ordering aspect was a little complicated unsatisfying but the line moved fast and the food was A1.

My wife and I met my Dad here for lunch about four years ago. I remember the food being real good. Tony, the manager, was extremely helpful in answering questions my wife and I had (as it was our first time there) and showing us how to navigate the line.

The food was good, and the lady at the register was very kind. But the young man that made my plate was rude. I could barely hear him respond to me with the plexiglass between us, so when I asked about a quesadilla and he responded with 25 minute wait, and then put my plate down and proceeded to take his break before ensuring he had the other components of my order, I knew I would likely not return. Then to make it worst, after I get all my items and walk towards the door with my son, he is walking out as well so I Hold the door for him and he walks out, never looks at me, and ignores me when I tell him “you’re welcome”. I will not return from the sheer treatment by this rude guy. Maybe there was a language disconnect, but he understood me just fine when I told him i wasn’t going to wait 25 minutes so I don’t think it was that. It was my first time and although the food was good, his service left a sour taste in my mouth. If you don’t care about customer service, def go here for a good meal. But for the whole package, choose another spot.

Delicious lunch option! Very generous portions of flavorful foods. Pricing is much better with walk up ordering than using Door Dash pickup but that seemed to be the only option to order ahead online. Employees seemed pleasant and the restaurant had ample parking. We will be back!
