Marci from Lewiston store in Idaho is amazing! She knows how to provide a rare thing these days which is customer service. I was ready to switch phone companies and was upset when I called. She gave great care to my concerns was knowledgeable about company policy, billing, and first and foremost understanding about why I was upset. I now have no intention of leaving for many years! She and people like her are what get people to stay at companies!

Customer service was excellent. Phone selection was not. Market dictates stock though…. They also have good service overall.

Too many problems associated with inland cell changing carrier. There bottom feed I told them I no longer wanted their business could not afford them breaking down constantly. They charged me a extra week I didn’t use BOTTOM FEEDERS….BOTTOM FEEDERS OF THE VALLEY. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star there not worth it. GO VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!

Super helpful and honest. I bought a new phone and asked for a tempered glass screen protector. It didn't seem to apply on the phone right no matter how hard he tried. So instead of just being like oh well here's your phone. He told me he didn't feel it would stay on properly so he applied the liquid screen protecter instead,free of charge (it cost more than tempered glass). Let me tell you liquid screen protector works amazing! I drop my phone daily.
