Yes you can take grass from Clarkston. Just bring in electric bill or garbage bill and its free!!
Hello Jonnie! Stevie here from Clearwater Composting. We do not currently sell compost at our facility. If you are a Nez Perce County resident, you can normally get compost for FREE. However, with the current winter weather conditions, the compost is not accessible. Please check back with us in the Spring.

Hey Rhonda, hours are 8-4:30, 7 days aweek. It's the first thing on the page when I go there.
You can haul it there in bags but when you get there you will have to dump your stuff out and throw out the trash bags they have dumpsters there
