Wayne was so helpful, honest and accommodating. I do not understand a whole bunch when it comes to technology. He made the whole process painless and as inexpensive as he could. I left there feeling like I had a wonderful understanding of what products and services I would be paying for and the price of everything. He worked with me in ever aspect he could to get me the best phone and plan to fit both my needs and my budget. I cannot stress enough how understanding and knowledgeable he was. He put things into simple terms so my daughter and I could understand every last detail. I brought my daughter with me to help me understand better and honestly, I didnt even need her help because he was so helpful. My 3 year old granddaughter also tagged along for the trip to Verizon and Wayne took the time to make her feel special and included. He truly went above and beyond. I would give him 5 million stars if that was an option.

Long wait as there was only 1 employee working and lots of customers. I am not a fan of having to go to the store with phone issues to begin with and then the wait was way too long. At least when we did get help the gal was friendly.

I went in because I locked myself out of my account. They weren't sure if they could help me. Meghan stepped up to the challenge! She was so kind to me and was able to get me back into my account in short order! She was amazing and made me glad that I made the trip to this store! She was personable and made me feel at home.
