3/10/2022 If i could give zero stars I would. One thing that I dislike is bad customer service specially from managers. The unprofessionalism of this particular location is unmatched. I’ve ordered from this location several times simply because its what the website and app provide for delivery. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had to requested my refund due to long periods of wait times for delivery and phone mannerism. During my last encounter I requested a refund from the store manager and he assured me that I wasn’t going to get one. He also challenged me to go in person so he could handle it. I called Corporate and now I’m in the works of getting my refund and hopefully getting some qualified staffers in there. I hope this location gets an entire new team. My family and I love our area and enjoy ordering from this company. My youngest was very disappointed to have to settle for frozen pizza. Update 3/11/2022 Quick update. The following day after the incident I received a phone call from the daytime manager. She was more than apologetic and provided my myrefund.

I called and double tripple checked with the HOST who said his name was Jason. My pizza was wrong. I called again and spoke to a manager who said my pizza was on the way ASAP. I was hoping for it in 20 mins cuz that’s what she said. 40 mins later the store was closed and I never got my pizza. HORRIBLE!’ PLEASE HELP

I ordered at 4:15 this afternoon and did not receive my food until 6pm. The pizza was completely burnt and inedible. Reminded me of cardboard. I drove to the store, the employee would not allow me to talk to a manager. He also would not offer me a refund. He refused to listen to my order again so I could make sure it was correct. He was also rude to the other customers following me, not familiar with the menu. A customer asked for a meaty marinara and he acted like it did not exist. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE BUSINESS.

6/9/2021 - Customer Service Reps do not listen to your order. I placed an order for plain breadsticks with no seasonings. Waited over 15 minutes for the order & the order was still wrong. The Customer Service Rep stated she was not sure about giving a refund & could fix another order of breadsticks & it will be ready in 2 minutes, at this point I have been in the store for 30 minutes. The General Manager arrived at the store & issued me a refund & apologize. The original Customer Service Rep was horrible!
