Customer service is fantastic!! There nice and friendly. The food is very fresh and the seasoning was on point. The atmosphere and music were the perfect place to hangout on the weekends!!!

Loved this place, it was my first time here and I felt in love!! The girls are all so nice and the chicken was so delicious!!! They make you feel welcome. My family and I can't wait to have another meal at this Pollo Campero, I love this location!!!! five starts

At 5:00 PM on NYE I went into the Laurel location for an order of 30 wings my wife ordered over the phone for a 4:30 PM pick up. I get there, someone on staff is outside stopping people from going in, saying they are not taking orders. I explained I'm picking up and she let's me in. I go in and it's complete mayhem. I spend 25 mins giving staff the name on my order. They sort of looked and eventually told me to go to the cashier and pay. I give her the name and she tells me it will be a 2 hour and 15 min wait. 🤯 She stated two machines were down. All the customers inside were polite and orderly there were just so many of us trying to get our orders. I go outside some guy that had been waiting was now in the back of an ambulance. The parking lot it backed up onto Route 1. I left and went to Chick N' Friends instead. I'll be back to Pollo Campero, but that day was nuts.

So I stop pass Campero this evening for some chicken to lace over my salad from Shoppers Food grocery store. This is my 3-5 visit to this location and I don’t recommend you visit this location if your traveling home from work. I ordered a (3 piece white/rice/chicken empanada). The empanada was not in the bag when I arrived home (the other side of Laurel). I am tempted to drive back over there but it’s been a long day at work so NO! I didn’t save my receipt so I’ll probably have hassle from the manager when I revisit tomorrow evening for some semblance of “complete service”. This is the second time my order was not complete and I’m DONE with these folks. I KNOW “it’s fast food” but—-SO WHAT!

Well, the times I've frequented it, they have treated me well
If you can call, just say that you are speaking from Baltimore and that you want to make an order so that you do not get too happy if you do not have chicken.
