They have a problem with non-customers hanging out in this shopping complex, setting up temporary residence, panhandling for cash from customers, shoplifting, and doing drugs in the parking lots. It's becoming uncomfortable to shop there. Not yet dangerous, thus far, but definitely having encounters there that feel like they are borderline threatening.

Can only speak of noble palace chinese restaurant, the best hot and sour soup ever! Went fro. Vancouver Canada there just for the soup a d remarkably the staff remembered us after more than 2 years.
