Please for the love of everything stop taking your cars here. They don't take accountability when their system damages a car even though literal parts of their brushes were stuck to our car. Terrible service and condescending attitudes

Im just giving 3 stars because when you purchase your car wash, it gives you the option of adding a free vacuum. Once you’re vacuuming the car you have to either pay $2 or enter the code, but i wasn’t given a code?? There was no one to ask either. That was a bummer.

Usually do a great job. My vehicles come out lookn great. Its my go to place to get my vehicles washed.

This car wash is a joke. I paid for a membership so that I could wash my car as much as I need. 1. I try to wash in south Salem, it's closed and suggests going to one of two others. 2. I try the next one north since I have to drive to Costco anyway, it is also closed and says to go to the one north of them. 3. I make it here, and it's also closed. It is 6:20 and Google indicated that all of these are open, but they are all closed. If you're going to close all of your locations because of some light rain, then it might be better to update your online presence so that people won't waste 45 minutes and gas driving all over to locations you tell them to go to. Edit: Meanwhile, I'm driving home and the carwash that is right near my house (blue elephant car wash) is open...
