What a scam. Just left here moments ago. The cashier at window sells me a inside outside 6 months membership with upgrade for Clay wax. I get through the drive through cleaning and the next guy tells me a mistaken has been made and the membership is only ext. I had paid $246.00+. He then says go to the checker and he will refund. He is new and if he cannot I will call Manager and he will cancel. I do that. The checker is gone. I go back to three other guys and they dodge responsibility. I talked to checker and he says call an 1-800 number, I say no and have then stop work until the transaction can be cancelled to be a single inside and outside clean. They cannot get the manager to cancel the transaction. Crazy. I ended up having to leave losing considerable time. I will have to now charge back the transaction. HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT FALL FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH THIS CAR WASH SEEMS TO BE PULLING. They either have really bad refund system of their doing the old sorry let me make it better sales system and then when customer demands refund everyone scrambles. Inevitably the 1-800 would be the final circle where everyone plays ignorant. Not okay to treat people this way and waste their time and its very bad for business.

I was very disappointed ☹️ My girlfriend had such a great result! Glove box, trunk, consul were not vacuumed. Beverage cups and door handles were not whipped out. Dirty marks here and there were not cleaned. Floor mats vacuumed but not washed. Even the front of the car had bugs still after going through the wash. I thought the Managers Special included these things. I did sign off the paper simple because I got tired pointing out things. The young man who was with me was very willing to take care of everything I pointed out. Only I didn't think I should have had to point everything out.

I relunctly (because of a bad reputation) took my car to Washmam on Commercial st, for detail work, because I didn't have time to do any detail work on it before I sold it. I paid for their "Managers Special". I am very detail oriented and this was an embarrassing job at the least. They didn't wipe out the (pre opened for them) glove BOX FAIL, promised to wipe down door jams etc, FAIL left multiple areas with visible debris FAIL, scuff marks on seats not cleaned FAIL. I didn't expect perfection but I expected they would at least try. As someone who has been paid to do detail work on cars I was appalled. Their "detail guy" should be fired or seriously reprimanded. Liberal spraying of armorall and wiping it down is not detail work. FAIL
