They do a excellent job. I would guess due to staff shortages is why it was so slow. Took 2 hours and when I arrived there was only 3 vehicles ahead of me in line to get started.

Awful. Awful, Awful!! I drove up to get my new car detailed and these A-holes put permanent stains on my light color upholstery. The manager said to me "I'm tired of you white people coming back after we service your cars and blaming us for damages that you drove in with and expect us to fix. This is worse place ever I will never ever go back there again and I suggest you don't either. They are rude, disrespectful and did not fix my seats after they stained them be aware 😤 they did offer to fix them if I paid another hundred dollars! Here is one of the rude managers who works there don't go there and save yourself a headache and from being ripped off!

They put a giant gash on my dash. When I showed it to the manager he all but blamed me and refused to do anything about it. I will have to do a chargeback on my card to get a refund. Owner seemed like he could care less. Will never give this business my money again. Do not waste your time.

I had a bad experience in the past (a couple years ago) and decided to give it one more try the other day, I paid $55 or so for extra detailing and when I picked up my car, it was not what I paid for. The seats were still dirty, my steering wheel was dirty, my windows were still dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.
