The employee there came up to me after I was finished washing my car and asked if I needed help in stopping the timer on the clock so my card is no longer charged so I said yes I didn't know how to stop the timer, and he walked up and pointed at the instructions then walked off. What the rude employee failed to see my confusion is that the stop button only marked stop was for the wash, in order to stop the timer there is a red button located in a completely different area was red and contained no words around it so the directions were not clear since where the only stop on there was wash only, and what you are supposed to push to stop timer is just a red button with no words saying what the red button was for, the employee was just arrogant because of that I will never use their facilities again, if employee just showed me how to stop timer like he said he would when he asked me if help was needed and actually helped me instead of walking up only tobpoint at the unclear instructions then walking off I would not have had this opinion,

EXPENSIVE!! Bring lots of cash. $3.50 just to get the water started, and that's for only 3 minutes. I don't know about you, but I can't even do the first round of pre-wash in that time, and I have a small car. If I knew it was going to be that expensive to hand wash my own vehicle, I would of paid the drive-through wash down the street the same price and just sat in my car.

Took my money and didn't work. Called the number posted about issues and COULDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE SINCE VOICEMAIL WAS FULL...... VERY MESSY, HASN'T BEEN CLEANED, GARBAGE EVERYWHERE, and on top of that it steals your money and doesn't let you contact anyone!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!

While the people are nice, the price for the work that is actually done, is too much. To get the Full service, to me, means that the vehicle should not have dirty windows, nor should the wheels. Regrettably, it is a two strike moment for me. I'm outta there. I do hope the detailing part improves tremendously. It is bad for business, when a customer can do a better job for under $10, and in less time. Good luck and God Bless.
